I struggled with my weight for over 20 years, because I was a typically a yo-yo dieter. But five years ago I said, “Enough is enough”. I went on courses and discovered that the overeating and my weight problem were down to emotional baggage and not being able to deal with stress. Using the techniques I learned, I worked through this until I was able to reach my perfect weight. And, more importantly, I have maintained it. I now want to help other people who are struggling with their weight, through my online weight loss group, The Why Weight Club.
I was overweight and unhappy. But, I worked through my emotional baggage which cleared out the negative feelings attached to my upsetting memories. Now I no longer have the need to overeat. At the same time, I learned techniques on how to deal with and remove stress from my life as much as possible. As a result, I no longer turn to food to help me cope with difficult situations and pressure. This also resulted in me building up my resilience and having a better mindset. My one to one sessions are all held virtually, over Zoom. This gives you all the flexibility you need, as I can work with you and around your busy schedule! Many people find that they have the motivation to attend a group. But, they just can’t find one at the right time. So, if you’re struggling to find a weight loss group that fits around your lifestyle, this is the one for you. Each session is individually tailored to you in order to get the best results. My One to One sessions will include Havening or Goal Mapping, or a combination of the two. Whatever works best for each individual to help them reach their own goals! The Why Weight Club is an 8-week course, also held on Zoom. It is designed so that a group of people like you who are all wanting to change their relationship with food can get together as a weight loss group to motivate each other and feel that they are not alone. Each session will last for one hour, and they will be held every week. During these sessions, I will share tips and techniques on how to lose weight. These will be based on my weight loss journey. And, I will share how you can apply my knowledge and experience to your own personal journey.
